🚚 Shipping Information

We offer cost-effective shipping via Royal Mail and EVRI — choose your preferred courier at checkout.

Dispatch Time:
Orders are typically dispatched the same or next working day, but as all items are handmade, please allow 1–3 working days for processing — especially during busy periods.
Shipping time begins after processing.

Need it fast?
Select Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 and message us on Facebook — we’ll do our best to prioritise your order.

UK Shipping Rates:

  • EVRI (2–5 working days): £3.50

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.95

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.95

  • FREE standard shipping on orders over £40

Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to select countries outside the UK — check availability at checkout.

Estimated delivery:

  • EU: 3–5 working days

  • Rest of World: 3–7 working days

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included and must be paid by the customer. These charges are set by your country’s authorities.

📦 Tracking & Courier Support

Once dispatched, we can only view the same tracking updates you see.

We cannot contact couriers directly or fast-track parcels.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided.

EVRI Support:
If your parcel is confirmed lost/damaged, EVRI will provide a certificate — send this to us for a replacement or refund.

⚠️ Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address!
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address, it will be returned after 18 days. You’ll receive a refund for the product only (excluding shipping and return fees).

📍 EVRI Coverage Notice

EVRI tracked shipping is only available for mainland UK.
If you're in one of the listed postcode areas (e.g., Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands), your order will be shipped via Royal Mail.

Use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24 if you're in one of the regions below:

During peak periods (e.g., holidays, strikes), delays may occur. Royal Mail delays can range from 3–10 working days or more. We appreciate your patience during these times.
