We offer cost-effective shipping via Royal Mail.

Dispatch Time:
Orders are typically dispatched the same or next working day, but as all items are handmade, please allow 1–3 working days for processing — especially during busy periods.
Shipping time begins after processing.

UK Shipping Rates:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.75

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.95

• FREE Tracked 48 shipping on orders over £50

Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

⚠️ Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address!
If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address, it will be returned after 18 days. You’ll receive a refund for the product only (excluding shipping and return fees that we have incurred).

⏰ Peak Time Delays

During peak periods (e.g., holidays, strikes), delays may occur. Royal Mail delays can range from 3–10 working days or more and unfortunately we are unable to do anything to help during these situations. We appreciate your patience during these times.
