We offer cost-effective UK shipping via Royal Mail.

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched the same or next working day, but as all items are handmade, please allow 1–3 working days for processing, especially during busy periods.

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.

If a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be returned after 18 days. You’ll receive a refund for the product only, excluding shipping and any return fees that we have incurred.

⏰Peak Time Delays

During peak periods such as holidays, busy seasonal periods or Royal Mail delays, delivery can take longer than usual.

Royal Mail delays can range from 3–10 working days or more. Once your parcel is with Royal Mail, we are unable to speed this up, but we really appreciate your patience.

HappyNose Candles is a small handmade business, so during very busy periods dispatch times may take a little longer. We always work as quickly as possible to get your order packed and sent with care.
