We've got you covered with our hassle-free 30-day return policy. You have a whole 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
For a successful return, make sure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Damages and issues can happen, but we've got your back. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us right away. We'll promptly address the issue and make it right for you with either a refund, return it for a replacement or a voucher worth a higher value than your damaged items for your next order.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted for used items, sale items or gift cards.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the refund approval status. If approved, we'll initiate an automatic refund to your original payment method within 3-5 working days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the return process as smooth as possible.
You are responsible for any return postage costs and the initial postage cost for shipping your order out would be deducted from any refund as we have already paid that to the courier.
Important Information Regarding Shipping Addresses:
Kindly take note of the following: In the event that an inaccurate or incomplete address is provided when placing your order and subsequently results in the courier's inability to effect delivery, the courier will retain the parcel for a maximum of 18 days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, a refund will be issued to you, which covers the product costs but excludes the initial shipping fees we incurred and any return shipping fees we are charged by the courier.
We CANNOT change or amend an address or an order once you have placed it. The order is automatically and instantly locked, processed and shipped and we have no way to amend any information. Should you put an incorrect address there is nothing we can do to fix it, please make sure to double check your address before placing any orders.
