We want your return process to feel clear and simple. Please read the details below before sending anything back, especially around used items, return postage and address accuracy.

Returning an item

Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original condition.

Include your order number inside the parcel.
Add a short note with your reason for return.
Used items, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refund timing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll update you on the refund approval status.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Your bank or card provider may take extra time to process the refund.

Postage costs

You are responsible for any return postage costs.

The original postage cost for sending your order out will be deducted from any refund, as this has already been paid to the courier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address prevents delivery, the courier may hold the parcel for up to 18 days before returning it to us.

Order changes after checkout

We cannot change or amend an address or order once it has been placed.

Orders are automatically locked, processed and shipped, so please make sure everything is correct before placing your order.
