Are your products pet friendly?
Our fragrances are designed with pet-friendly considerations in mind and are safe to enjoy in your home when used responsibly.
We recommend keeping products out of reach of pets, ensuring candles are always supervised while burning and monitoring pets for any sensitivities.
Do your candles burn all the way to the edge?
Yes, when burned correctly our candles develop a full melt pool right to the edge of the tin for a clean, even burn.
For best results, allow the wax to melt fully across the top during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.
How fast is delivery?
Most products are handmade to order, so processing is usually around 1–3 working days.
During busier periods this can occasionally extend to around 5 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 options are available at checkout.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your order.

How strong are your scents?

How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick before each burn, place your candle on a stable heat-safe surface, and never leave it burning unattended.
For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface before blowing it out.
Why is my product slightly different from the photo?
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, finish or appearance can happen. This is completely normal and does not affect product quality.
Can I change my address after ordering?
We cannot guarantee address changes after checkout, as orders can be locked, processed or dispatched quickly.
