What our guarantee covers
Enjoy your candle after the first 3–4 hour burn. If you do not love the scent or performance, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Our guarantee covers genuine issues relating to the product’s quality, scent performance or burn performance when the candle has been used correctly.
Contact us before returning
Before a return can be started under the 30-day guarantee, you must contact us with the issue first so we have the opportunity to help.
If we provide a legitimate solution and the product issue can be resolved, it would no longer fall under the guarantee.
Correct candle use matters
The guarantee does not apply if the candle has been misused or burned outside the recommended instructions.
For example, burning a candle for extended periods, such as 7 hours straight, can cause the wick to fail, melt the wax too far down and affect the safety and performance of the candle.
Please follow the care instructions on the tin for the best experience. We can usually tell from a photo how long a candle has been burned and how many times it has been used.
Refunds and return postage
Refunds will only be issued if the candle has been used according to these guidelines and the issue is approved under the guarantee.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the candle is confirmed as faulty, we will refund your return shipping or send a replacement product.
Please note: diffusers and bath bombs are not eligible for return due to their nature.
