Christmas Delivery Information

To ensure your parcel arrives in time for Christmas, please place your order by Friday, 13th December.

We are experiencing a high volume of orders, and as all of our products are handmade, they take time to create. Orders placed after the 13th of December may or may not arrive before Christmas. While we will continue processing orders until Thursday, 19th December, delivery cannot be guaranteed for orders placed after the cut-off date.

If you place an order after the 13th and select Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48, there is a higher likelihood of receiving it in time. However, please note this is not a guarantee.

Important Information About Couriers:

• Courier delays in December are beyond our control. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the courier.
• We cannot expedite deliveries or resolve courier delays beyond their advertised timescales.
• We strongly recommend choosing Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 for faster and more reliable delivery.

If you select EVRI (2-5 working days), please be aware that delays are possible, and we are unable to expedite or refund delayed deliveries. The parcel will be delivered, but it may take longer than expected.
