Orders are typically dispatched the same or next working day. As our items are handmade, please allow 1–3 working days for processing, especially during busy periods.

If a parcel is undeliverable because the address supplied is incorrect or incomplete, it will be returned after 18 days.
You’ll receive a refund for the product only, excluding the original shipping charge and any return fees we have incurred.
